1. What is personal data?

Geolocation. We collect your location data for the purpose of providing the Geopapa Service. We collect information about the location of the child to send you notifications when you have indicated that you want to be notified when your child arrives at or leaves the selected location. If you turn off location sharing, the location of your family members will not be available. However, when you log into your account, we continue to collect information about your location and the location of your child in order to provide the Geopapa Service. We only store location information for as long as it is required to provide the Service, and then delete the location data.
Messages and User Content.
We collect information when you send messages to other members of your family using the Geopapa app. We may also save any communications you send to us.
Geopapa collects sensitive personal information only when you voluntarily provide this information to us or when such information is required or permitted to be collected by law. Sensitive Information includes personal information relating to race, ethnicity, political, philosophical, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sex life, sexual orientation or criminal record. When you use the Geopapa Service, we and our business partners may collect certain information about your computer or device using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, log files or other tracking/recording tools. The information we collect through tracking technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring/exit pages and URLs, clickstream data, and how you interact with links on the website, in mobile application, Geopapa service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser, browsing behavior on our site, mobile device type, mobile device identifiers or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected from your mobile device. 2.3 Children's PrivacyGeopapa allows parents to track location from their children on mobile devices that the parent has added to their account. The Service is intended for children under 13 only with parental consent.

The child's personal information will be shared with other family account users.
Geopapa may then use the child's personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we do not use or share personal information collected from the accounts of children under the age of 13 for marketing or promotional purposes, nor do we permit our third party partners to collect and use such information for promotional purposes. 3. How does Geopapa use personal information?

We may also collect analytics data or use third party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends of the Geopapa Service. Tools such as Appsflyer, Flurry, and Firebase collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third-party applications, and other information that helps us analyze and improve the Service. Anonymous aggregate statistics that do not personally identify Users will be stored and used by us for a variety of purposes, including analysis and reporting of usage patterns.
