How accurate is the location?

Accuracy varies with GPS reception, nearby networks and device settings. Buildings and poor reception can make a position less precise. Geopapa does not promise an exact position at every moment.

Does location update when the phone is offline?

A new position cannot reach your app until the child’s phone has a connection. Look at the latest update time and use the troubleshooting guide if the position seems old.

Can more than one parent connect?

The app supports connecting another parent to the family. Use the invitation flow in Geopapa and share access only with people you intend to include.
