Connecting for the first time
Install Geopapa on your phone, then use its connection flow to install and connect the child’s companion app. Our setup guide walks through the process.
Location or place alerts not updating
Review internet connectivity, permissions and background restrictions. Check your child’s last update time and the notification settings on your own phone.
Subscriptions and listening allowances
The app is free to download and offers in-app purchases. Trial eligibility, subscription options and sound allowances are shown in the app. Review the purchase screen for the current price, renewal terms and included features.
Managing a purchase
For purchases made through Apple or Google, review subscriptions in that store account. For another payment method, open subscription management in Geopapa or contact support. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.
